Summary: A problem with a lot of Chilean hotels. Lots of small things. Only 1 hand towel for 2people. No heat in rooms with pretty cool night temperatures. No hot water one moment. I had specifically booked a king bed. We got a full suite with just a king bed One of the wait staff added 25% to our dinner bill. When it was brought to our attention, she said she had made a mistake and that it had been very busy. There were two customers in the restaurant when she said”It was “very busy”. The resort seems generally disorganized.
