The beaches for visitors are great for swimming, surfing, sightseeing. The house "Las Cotorras" is located in a safe and quiet town called 'Puchuncaví' and it's away from civilization. Fast internet connection. 50 minutes to Viña del Mar, 1:15 minutes to Valparaiso! Come to relax and enjoy the nature. Drive to the beach is only 10 minutes, drive to town is 8 minutes.

Entire house available. Full equipped property, 4 guest. No smoking inside the house. Full equipped kitchen, bathrooms come with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, fresh towels, hair dryer. The house is brand new and everything inside is brand new as well. The house offers 1000 mt of yard with green grass garden and beautiful plants. Each bedroom offers a queen size bed with clean sheets & a warm cotton comforter.

There are amazing sea food restaurants right in town and many bars that open until late. The fisherman's wharf offers fresh fish and shellfish at great prices. Enjoy rural life with all the necessary things to be confortable and happy. Imagine the perfect moment with your love ones in this beautiful brand new forest/ country beach house. 10 minutes drive to the beach, 8 minutes drive to Puchuncaví town. In the town of Puchuncavi you can buy from the locals at very low prices, there you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, butchery, fruits and vegetables, craft fairs and other mayor stores. The house 'Las Cotorras' offers all the commodities to enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay. Pet friendly (you must clean after your pet). Going to Viña del Mar is 45 minutes and to Valparaiso is 1hr 15 minutes minutes. You can drive to Valparaíso for the day and come back to the beautiful dawn at the beach in Maitencillo.
