I live in Florida, a commune south of downtown Santiago with good locomotion. The surroundings are trees and mountains and we have very good neighbors. I live with my two children, Romina and Yamil. Romina and I know English and we would very much like Yamil also learn. I am professor of Literature at the University of Chile. The house is brick, wood and ceramics, has lots of light, is a large and pleasant space. The house overlooks a walnut grove. We have 5 bedrooms in total, and we have two of them for guests. There is a garden to be and share a barbecue.
It is a spacious room on the ground floor, the window overlooks a grove and is very light. Computer can be installed if necessary. The price is to talk according to the time of stay. You can add a bed for someone else.
