Positive: The apartment has everything you basically need for a short stay. • The bed is on the firmer side, but I personally didn’t find that to be an issue. • Overall acceptable if you don’t plan to spend much time in the apartment.

Negative: Internet: The Wi-Fi is unreliable and messy at best — not suitable for remote work. • Kitchen: Cooking utensils are extremely cheap; the spatula literally melted with every use. • Building access: If you don’t speak Portuguese, getting into the building is difficult. You need to speak through a speaker to the guard, and there’s no tourist-friendly solution. • Amenities: Hair dryer was advertised but not actually available. • Noise: Thin walls; despite strict “quiet hours,” neighbors were still noisy.

Summary: the apartment does have everything you basically need. But for the price, you’d expect more. Overall, it’s just very mid
