Positive: .Lovely location in the forest with nearby lake to swim in. Lively centre with lots to Chilean families enjoying the lake and nearby restaurants and cafes - you'll need cash though as cards don't often work. Food at the main centre was good and staff were friendly but they need more clarity with directions and actual accommodation location and nearby facilities.

Negative: There was no breakfast provision in our lodge. Facilities available in the main centre but needed car to reach it. It was somewhat chaotic reception and directions to our lodge were not clear and there was no one there to let us in or greet us.
