Summary: This property is very close to the lift but that is about it.... We got there and had a snow storm and lost power for 3 days and we were not offer an explanation, when I asked when we could expect the lights to be back they almost took offense to answer and said they had no ideia but I should be happy they had a small generator and pawer the shower and one outlet in the kitchen. I get it that you can control a snow storm but they weren't prepared at all. So we couldn't use any facilities at the place because of power shortage and I had to leave 2 days before the end of my trip and when I asked if we could get some money back they said absolutely not. Yes I paid ahead and that was a mistake. So if you make plans to go here make sure you ok to be strand if a snow store hit. No lifts were working because power shortage and the restaurant had not enough food so half of the menu wasn't available. It was def a learning experience. The staff from the office were really nice but couldnt help much as they didn't know how, but they try really hard. The lady from maintenance was very rude and dismissive. Very stressful travel.
