Habitación en un 2do piso. La casa cuenta con un patio, donde encontrarás una mesa para que tomes desayuno u once al exterior o dentro de la casa. En el patio tenemos una parra de uvas dulce, la cual en primavera comienza a florecer y termina su vida en Invierno, osea cerca de Junio que deja sus últimas hojas.
En la casa tenemos 2 gatos, quienes están casi siempre dando vueltas en el patio o por los techos tomando sol, son muy amigables, por lo que podrás disfrutar de su compañía y acariciarlos, si así deseas.
Nuestro sector cuenta con muchos locales comerciales cerca, como almacenes, botillerías, pastelería, almuerzos, comida rápida, etc.
El transporte, mayormente buses, los cuales en 5 minutos te llevarán hasta las estaciones de metro más cercanas, las cuales están a 1km de distancia aproximadamente, o caminando, a 15 minutos. Las estaciones son "Rondizzoni" o "Presidente Pedro Aguirre Cerda". Además contarás con taxis en las avenidas cercanas y taxis colectivos, estos tienen una letrero en la parte superior del vehículo, el costo del taxi colectivo es de 700 CLP por la ruta y del taxi, es dependiendo de para donde te dirigas, estos 2 debes pagarlo en efectivo. Sin embargo, los buses y metro, debes pagarlo con tu tarjeta Bip, la cual la podrás comprar en las estaciones de metro. y tienen un costo de 1550 CLP sin carga, sólo el plástico. El pagar con tu BIP te da derecho a usarlo en un periodo de 2 horas desde la marca inicial, 3 pases, lo cual se divide en 1 Metro y 2 buses o 3 buses. El costo es de 720 CLP para los 3 transportes.
