Positive: I'll save you some time reading the other reviews about this place. It's a bit odd. The house is beautiful, in a nice neighborhood about a 45 minute walk from the bus station and the downtown. The owners are very nice and the hostel is very clean.

Negative: The weird "vibe" of the hostel is due to the fact that there are a lot of other people- mostly students- living there, too. They come and go. You share their kitchen and outdoor space. All would be fine, except they smoke a lot, which wafts into the rooms, and there are no lockers in the dorm room for your stuff. As a single woman, and the only traveler there at the time, it all felt a little odd.

Summary: Nice, but I wish I would have understood the whole story.
