My apartment is spacious, peaceful, stylish, and full of energy.<br> Pet friendly, please be careful with the carpets.<br> Comfortable rooms, with air conditioning and all with a view, equipped kitchen, living room with 3 areas, and a balcony facing the sea that I adore!!! On that balcony I do my meditations, my exercise and my reading time... oh! I also work a little, because there's nothing like having inspiration with the ocean in front of you.<br> The kitchen is fully equipped, with a lovely dining table, including a microwave, oven, stove, popcorn maker, sandwich maker, and an electric convection oven.<br> Each space is decorated with great care, with porcelain tile floors and as little fabric as possible, due to allergies.<br> It is strictly forbidden to enter the house wearing shoes; for this reason, I have two shoe racks by the front door. I like that detail.
