Summary: The excursions that were booked through the hotel were not entered in their system and we scrambled to rebook these. The AC in the room did not work well and therefore the room was hot. You need a taxi or rent a car to get around to the city and to most of the restaurants. The staff was very inexperienced and the gate opener we received was out of batteries and couldn’t open the gate… no one in the hotel answered our phone.. Please note that there is no food or drinks in the hotel and the closest breakfast is 25 min walk from the hotel Overall not the best experience for us.
