Positive: I like the property because of its convenient location and excellent access. It is situated in a well-connected area with easy access to main roads, public transportation, and nearby amenities

Negative: One downside of the property is the lack of luggage storage after check-out. The reception staff were also unable to keep or look after guests’ belongings, which was inconvenient.

Summary: Overall, the stay was convenient but could be improved with better guest services.
