Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The owner/host was very attentive when the TV issue was raised. He also sent us clear instructions for check in. The pool on the rooftop had amazing views. The porters were nice and friendly The location was very good, close to bars, shops, shopping mall and transport.

Negative: We were there for 5 days and the cleaner showed up unannounced the day after the check in (luckily I was awake and managed to open the door, before she let herself in), but then no more cleaning until the end of the stay. The place has an issue with tiny ants everywhere (they were there when we arrived and they were still there when we left. (the lack of cleaning services to remove the bins did not help the matter) The shower head had the water coming down as well as up splashing water everywhere The TV only works with Chromecast, so if you are like me and enjoys live TV, be prepared. The blinds in the living room/kitchen area do not cover the entire window, so there is a lack of privacy with the other building being able to see right inside the accommodation. All and all, the place has potential and clearly was amazing once, but it is clear that is in urgent need of TLC The socket next to the fridge sparked every time it was touched.... (possible hazard, but nothing happened during my stay)
