Positive: Stunning view and peaceful location, immaculately clean throughout including the bedrooms a shared kitchen area, beautiful unique building and rustic decor. Above all, though, it was Marcia - the lady who runs guest care at Refuge del Chucao - who made the experience truly unforgettable. Marcia’s kindness and care is one in a million. Highly recommended!
