Positive: The location is great, as are the building facilities, such as gym, coworking space and green areas outside. The building staff is also very good.

Negative: 1. There's no exhaust hood above the stove in the studio: cooking means a nightmare to sleep with. Lots of smoke, lots of smells. This is severely overlooked. 2. All of the bedding is made out of pure uncomfortable polyester.
