Summary: Rooms were nice but staff upon checkin were very weird. Just before they gave us our room key, the manager randomly said “pay us 85 dollars”, without explanation and even though the room was pre paid. We obviously said no, and then they just said okay and gave us our key - very strange. They were also very confusing about the 19% VAT tax, trying to quiz us on if we had paid it and if we needed to pay it, even though we are exempt as foreigners that meet the rest of the criteria.
