Summary: We got into Santiago hours before we could check in but the hotel was nice enough to secure our luggage for us while we did some sight-seeing. The area is typical for a downtown area in a large city. The room was small but clean. The bathroom had a window weirdly place in the shower but opening afterwards did keep the room from becoming musty-smelling. I probably wouldn't stay here again but that's because Santiago didn't really capture my heart the way other cities in Chile did. The staff was very nice though.
