Summary: We enjoyed staying at this property. The rooms were on the small side, but still a cute hotel. The rooms have air conditioning which was much appreciated during 90F summer weather in Santiago. The downside to the AC is that the temperature was set to 22C (burr) with a note to not adjust the temperature. As a result, it was either freezing cold with the AC on, or you left the AC off and the temperature creeps up over time. The staff was friendly and helpful. In order to get early checkin, you need to pay a $40 fee. You are able to store your luggage for free. We were able to get into our room about one hour early with no charge. Breakfast is included, but we left super early for the airport and were not able to partake. The hotel has an elevator which is nice for bringing up luggage.
