Positive: Best possible location for exploring Santiago. Front desk staff is polite, professonal and competent. Same applies for the restaurant staff. They all really make a difference.

Negative: The hotel is old. I personally don't mind old buildings; however, this may take some guests away. Had it been fully renovated, preserving its original nature, it would cost probably triple or more than what I paid, thus one has to remind themselves of that.
