Positive: Location, safety, new building

Negative: The apartment had some plumbing issues during my stay. There was a sewer smell at first, which I later realized came from the kitchen sink drain. Keeping it closed and filled with water helped a lot. The toilet also clogged once, and I had to take care of it myself since maintenance wasn’t immediately available.

Summary: Could have been excellent if the building did not have a sewer system problem.
