Positive: Everything was perfect, the bed, the bathtube, the pool, the sauna, the politeness of the staff, and the location was also awesome. I totally recommend this Estalagem!

Negative: The room didn't have an AC and the hot water didn't get hot automatically, the heater had an issue, which was not fixed right away. However, it was not as hot enough to require an AC, and the hot water seems like a simple issue to resolve.
