Positive: Very attentive and friendly owners who are going above and beyond for their guests incl. a very cute and harmless dog. Clean room incl. balcony and AC. Supermarket and bus station around the corner. Free drinkable water and towel available.

Negative: A little bit tricky to find as it's in a normal residential area. Outside of the typical tourist area but you can easily reach the city center by bus or Uber.
