Having a pool requires regular maintenance to conserve optimal water conditions for usage. there are plants that need to be watered in an even shorter periodicity, the pool cleaner comes usually every tuesdays, thursdays and saturdays, in the morning or afternoon, if possible, he will also water the plants for your convenience. otherwise, another staff will come to do job. clients cannot take the responsibility of watering the plants in their place, ** staff will enter and proceed with the regular tasks, regardless of client authorization or escorting. by experience, we know that postponing it will either bring inconvenience to the current client, to the next one or the owners. there's no need to worry, but in case you'd feel more comfortable, the bedroom door has a key that the staff do not have access and you could lock it up if desired, ** if available, the jetted tub may be heated, ** no glass is allowed near the pool due to the risk of breaking (r$ 1200 penalty if we need to empty the pool to clean it), * social visits must pre-approved by sending photos of their ids for building authorization with anticipation and are limited from 8am until 10pm strictly and up to 2 people at the same time in the property, maximum of 4 people per day. maximum time to enter the apartment is 9pm, * a list of full names + passports or id # is required up to 10 days before check-in, * at check-in, everything is in very good shape. you must inform of any irregularity or details in the first 24 hours, * only listed guests can sleep over, * intended use is residential only, * building or condominium internal regulations must be fully respected, * bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra, * included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged, * returning the keys with delay at check-out without our prior approval can incur in a charge of 2 night's rent, * rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
