Our lovely spacious and modern house is located in a tranquil and secure setting, on one of Brazil's most beautiful beaches! With lots of nature, it is the ideal place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
In an enclosed condominium and only 2 minutes' walk from the beach, it is a perfect place for an extended holiday or for digital nomads who want to work from a tropical paradise.
We can also arrange assistence to non-portuguese speakers (shopping, driving, etc.).
The space
This beautiful and modern house is in a private residential area, 200 meters from the beach. Solar panels mean energy costs are minimal and there is air-conditioning throughout the living space.
Inside the house you will find:
1) A very spacious air-conditioned master bedroom suite, with jacuzzi and wet sauna, queen bed, massage table, couple's bathroom with two basins, and views of coconut trees and tropical plants in the back garden.
2) A stylish air-conditioned 'children's bed room' with two wooden-framed single beds and double wardrobe. The bedroom faces a colourful external bathroom with non-slip tiles, shower and two basins.
3) An en-suite 'visitors bedroom' with two single beds, private bathroom, wardrobe and direct access to back and front gardens.
4) An air-conditioned home office with a large desk, chair, wardrobe, and open shelves. The house has (two) high speed internet access and the wifi can be easily accessed throughout the house and in the front garden.
5) An extremely light, functional kitchen with stove, bread maker, steamer, electric grill, kettle, blender, and several other utensils. The kitchen adjoins a large pantry and has direct access to an outside laundry area.
6. A spacious, stylishly decorated and very light living room with a 55-inch smart TV and a large comfortable sofa. The living room includes a large open plan dining area with a designer dining table and 6 comfortable dining chairs.
Outside the house you will find:
1. An extensive outdoor living area, with a refrigerator, barbecue and a large wood table that sits up to 8 people. The living room opens out onto a large varanda equipped with hammocks and a 6 person 'breakfast table'. There is a smaller varanda at the side of the house with direct access to the office.
2. A generously sized a very warm swimming pool, surrounded by a simple garden with lawn area, tropical flowers, iguanas, and marmosets.
3. The outdoor living area is enclosed by a high bamboo fence for increased privacy. In front of the house there is a large car port and a well kept garden with small trees and larger flowering plants.
4. A large back garden with coconut trees, assorted tropical fruit trees, a small paved area and two native tortoises. Please note, two very friendly old dogs live in the back garden - these are old family pets that have always lived here (they are well-looked after by our housekeeper and gardner).
