Summary: First, the good: the place where as very clean and in a great location close to our conference, located in front of a bus station. Lots of great amenities like sauna and pool. The bad: the check in process is poor- convoluted, reponse time was poor, and a lot of contradictory information. I received the address and check in information only after I had left my country, and I couldnt get in. It was dark, late, and I was covered in mosquito bites. I called the service number and a lady asked to create a WhatsApp chain- then disappeared for another hour before replying with no useful information. This is a residential building that is not well set up for receiving guests. Getting in and out was a pain due to extra security. The place is somewhat in need of repairs. I would not recommend it for anyone who doesn’t speak Portuguese.
