The rental guarantee chosen by the parties is a minimum security deposit of R$ 1,000.00 (one thousand reais), payable in cash, until the day of your check-in. This amount will be returned from your cash balance upon delivery of the property within the timeframe established in clause four, on the day of your check-out, or mandatorily on the day of removal of all equipment installed in the house, as duly agreed in the contract, in the same state of conservation as delivered to the TENANT, according to the inspection report of utensils and furniture which, upon delivery of the property, must be verified and approved by the administrator or LANDLORD, deducting all contract expenses.
Water and electricity consumption is calculated upon your arrival by reading the meters. The same procedure is followed upon your departure, so you will only pay for your individual consumption during the period, deducted from the security deposit, at the following rates as the utility companies: (Embasa R$ 13.00 per m3 and Coelba R$ 1.50 per kWh).
We provide the house with a complete set of bed linens, table linens, and bath towels, plus a laundry fee of R$200.00. The house includes all the furniture and utensils of a beach house: glasses, cups, plates, televisions, sound system, etc. Upon your arrival, an inspection will be carried out and this set of linens will be provided.
The gas consumption fee will be R$ 50.00.
