Positive: This is a very small apartment but everything works well. It's fine for a short stay for one couple. The flat has a bbq on the balcony. On the top floor there is a beautiful pool (which we didn't use as we were out all day and arrived late back to the apartment). The location is very handy for the Oktoberfest (less than 1 km away) and it's very close to a large supermarket. The indoor garage is also handy.

Negative: We had an issue at check in and check out, which was unfortunate. At arrival, we weren't able to enter the flat as the electronic lock wasn't working (dead batteries). The host/owner was very responsive and came to open the door and replace batteries. But it was annoying having this extra wait after a long journey. In the way out, a similar issue occurred with the batteries of the garage door remote. We were lucky that another car was arriving and they opened the garage door for us to leave. The living room has a sofa bed and very tight seating arrangements. Although there is a sofa bed, the space available is already very tight for 2 people.
